Cancun Airport to Mayakoba: what to expect
An approximately 45 km drive south on Highway 307. Most transfers take 35 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic and your terminal.
- Your driver waits for you. Right outside arrivals at your terminal, holding a sign with your name. Exact meeting instructions come with your confirmation.
- We track your flight. Early or late, your driver adjusts to your real arrival time. We never charge for flight delays.

How can I pay?
Online by card when you book, or on arrival in cash (USD or pesos) or by card (a 5% fee applies).
Are there any extra charges?
Only in these cases, always shared in advance: services between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am have a $15 USD fee, and on December 24, 25, 31 and January 1 services after 6:00 pm or before 6:00 am have a $25 USD fee.
