If your stops are in the same area where you are staying, you only pay for the hours of service (3-hour minimum).
If you go to another city, the rate includes the round-trip transfer from your hotel to the destination (based on distance) plus the hours at your disposal, counted from your arrival at the destination.

Is the transfer shared?
No. All our airport transfers are 100% private: the vehicle is only for you and your group.
How can I pay?
Online by card when you book, or on arrival in cash (USD or pesos) or by card (a 5% fee applies).
What if my flight is delayed?
We always track your flight and your driver adjusts the pickup to your actual arrival. We never charge for flight delays.
Are there any extra charges?
Only in these cases, always shared with you in advance: services between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am have a $15 USD fee; on holidays such as December 25 and January 1 the fee is $25 USD per service between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am. If you arrive at a different terminal than booked, an extra charge may apply.
Do you have baby seats?
Yes. Add them when you get your quote and your vehicle arrives with them.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
